Fees for e-invoicing
If you’ve chosen fixed monthly billing as your billing method you can send unlimited e-invoices free of charge.
Companies in the usage-based package will only be charged one entry per every e-invoice sent through the system.
How to set up e-invoicing in SmartAccounts
You don’t need to have a separete contract with any of the e-invoice providers in Estonia to send e-invoices. All you need is an account in SmartAccounts.
But in order to start sending e-invoices through the system we first need to be sure you are who you say you are, so you need to activate the service. Don’t worry, we have a detailed guide on how to setup e-invoices in SmartAccounts.
When do I need to have a separate contract with an e-invoice service provider (e.g. Omniva)?
The new system only allows you to send e-invoices. So the easiest answer would be: you need to have a separate contract when you’d also like to receive e-invoices from your partners. Besides that you also need to have a contract when you’d like to send e-invoices to your customers to different channels (directly to the bank or even by post). You can find out more of what’s available with a separate contract from our e-invoice partner Omniva’s website.
